That sounds like fun! I don't suppose they would let me join in, would they, Alothe?
:-)
Thanks for reviewing, Alothe!
Let me see.
I took a Chemistry test today.
I took a walk in the pasture and scared two ducks off the pond. Though, that almost seems fair. They really ( I mean, REALLY) startled me getting off the pond like that.
:-)
Ok, hmmm. I didn't go in for math today, because the teacher was gone, and the class would just be doing problems during the fifty minutes I would be there. I did the work last night, so...
:-)
Which actually meant that my day was rather empty.
:-)
Sister4 was playing with my Duplo Castle this afternoon. But, she was using Barbies in it instead of Duplos. But, I can't say that I necessarily blame her. The carriage, horse, harness, thrones, and king and queen have been misplaced. You see, when my mom used to teach the littlest Sunday School class, she would take them. But, I asked her to take out the above items, because I didn't wnat them getting lost. Now, we can't remember where she put them.
:-)
By the way, when Sister2 and 3 played with them, they were Prince Charming and Cinderella. I, however, was slightly more "original" when Iplayed with them; the Castle was Cair Paravel and they were King Edmund and Queen Lucy.

Nothing much at all.
Alothe, did you know that someone claims to have found Ajax's palace? The link to the article is right below:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12080932/
:-)
Do you want to hear about another castle?
If so, I'll have to think about it...
:-)
Can you believe March is almost over? It's really flown by.
We went to the local booksale tonight. First time to ever have one in the spring.
*Sigh*
Nothing interesting online.
There would be if SOME people would update their blogs!
:-)
Hem. I think I shall be going now.
FIVE DAYS!!

More various things.
Alothe, actually, I'm only reading Bleak House right now. I read the other two ones a while ago.
Speaking of Bleak House...well, it is kind of...bleak.
Just kidding!
I just have to give myself that extra effort to start reading a chapter, but, if I start it, I like it. It was that way with Sherlock Holmes, too.
:-)
Only SIX more days to Narnia is out!
Tonight, Bible Study was at our house. It was good. We talked abotu movies and literature.

The above picture is of Loch Leven. The castle is, as you can probably see, on an island. Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned here for a while. Another view is below.

I think one castle will suffice for today. Wouldn't want you to get confused. :-)

Most likely a waste of your time.
Thanks, Alothe. That is funny.
:-)
Well, Sister1 is off. Or almost at least.
*SOB!!*
Let's see...

I can hardly wait until I'm done with it. Of course, the book doesn't quite look like that, but I couldn't find the book cover.
Grr.

This was a good book. Once again, it didn't look like this, but the same as above. :-)

Yes, another one. Same goes for above.
:-)
Uh. I guess I had better be going now.
Bye!
P.S. Hah! Here it is. The version I read.

They fixed it!
Or did they?
Captain Jock Sparrow is now back to Captain Jack Sparrow.
But, I am afraid Kiera Knightley will not be returning as Elizabeth Swann, as she will in Pirates 3. She will be a character called Elizabeth Swank.
I think somebody is having trouble.
:-)
Alothe, we had a pretty good ride. Cds? Ummm...Sunday-In His Prescence, the Luther soundtrack, Leahy, and Bela Fleck. Friday? Umm...The Wide World Over, Narnia soundtrack, Luka Bloom, and Cathie Ryan. I think that was all.
:-)
How was the sermon Sunday?
Hmm...Let's see.
There was Lab today.
We had a, well, not an explosion, but, a chemical reaction.
When mixing powdered drain cleaner and water...
GO OUTSIDE!!
It bubbles and smells really, really bad!
The little girls are doing Neela for their book club tonight.
:-)
Ok, umm...
Wow. Only a week and a day till Narnia comes out!
YES!!!

Hi!

Moonless Nights.
On moonless nights the Loonies come out. They only come out then because sunlight and even moonlight is too bright for them. They are accustomed to sitting in dark rooms with little light. They often have their noses in books and pencils in hand. They spend hours writing books and papers with titles such as Scotty and Sam and Tragic Heros: An Analysis of Darth Vadar and Boromir. Loonies often wear headphones and carry walkmans. They congregate around dark lakes and spend the moonless night running around and shouting strange cries like "TO NARNIA AND THE NORTH!!!" and "TO BOLDY GO WHERE NO MAN HAS GONE BEFORE!!!!!!" Loonies must be back inside before daylight comes or else they will suffer great strain to their eyes and eventually turn into regular people.

When carrying puzzles, ask for assistance.
I learned that the hard way today.
I had to move my puzzle and the board it was on into the building today.
The little girls were busy and Sister1 and Mom gone and I thought I could get the door.
I got it open and was doing ok, until I turned around to close it.
WHAM!
Half the puzzle (the half not completely done) went flying.
I started scrambling to pick pieces up when I realized that two pieces had fallen between the threshold and the deck and into the deck.
Do you know what that means?
It means we tried to scrape the dirt and leaves out with a rake and Sister3, being the only one small enough (except for Sister4...but I wasn't going to let her under there), crawled under the deck.
Unfortunetly, the pieces had fallen onto the side where the steps were.
Meaning that Sister3 had to crawl between the steps and the deck to get under.
Anyway, after several attempts, she managed to find one of the pieces.
We had basically given up the second piece for lost, after several more attempts and various things later, Sister3 decided to look through the leaf pile we had.
She found it!
YES!!!
We think that those were the only two pieces that had fallen down there.
But, there was one good thing that came from all of this.
Sister3 says she now knows how Gandalf felt.

Congratulations, Howard Berger and Tami Lane!
My hair provides enough electrical charge to attract a stream of water.
Interesting, no?
:-)
I think everybody's hair does.
But, about my title...
They won for Narnia's make up.
YES!!!!
There is an article here:
http://www.narniaweb.com/news.asp?id=835&dl=8921975
And three pictures here (the one in the middle is funny):
http://www.narniaweb.com/gallery.asp?startID=2801&endID=2803&groupName=Narnia%20at%20the%202006%20Oscars
I really need to change my background and screen saver on my computer.
I helped Sister4 with her math today.
It was measuring.
With hands and feet.
Fun, no?
Interesting, no?

I'm back!
I suppose you all want me to post?
*Silence*
I suppose I should take that as a yes?
*Continued silence*
Oh, wait, no, not silence, but...The keys making noise as I type and "Sally Goodin" playing. So, no, not complete silence.
:-)
Nice weather we've been having isn't it?
By, the way, either he changed his name or some one made a typo.
Johnny Depp is playing Captain Jock Sparrow in Pirates 2.
Typo, maybe?
Because he's back to Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates 3.
Hmm...
At any rate, I'm just leeting you know that, yes, I am still alive out here!
:-)
